It have been known that public have develop despise to Howie Huber for his received bonus.

So, public have shown almost no interest to his received wisdom.

When i type in the "Howie huber love to receive his bonus in the bank" into Google, it doesn't show the notoriously Howie Huber.

The question is, how important is US people's anger on the day the scandal appear?

Hilary Clinton have said: Propaganda is what America does best.

If the US people's anger is not important, then Is it the time for US people to develop greatest anger since the Great depression by making more propaganda?

If the anger is important, may the person who give the answer show the referece, please?

I can answer this part at least!
This is probably because his last name is actually Hubler, with an "l", not "Huber".
