Please, this is not a site for conspiracy theories! Go to the Skeptics SE, which is. This site is for legitimate and relevant historical discussion. –  Noldorin Oct 26 '11 at 22:44

I want legitimate and relevant historical answers to answer these people –  Napoleonothecake Oct 26 '11 at 22:45

I personally don't answer these people. Arguing with morons isn't a hobby of mine in particular... –  Noldorin Oct 26 '11 at 22:48

I don't know much about this particular conspiracy theory, but from what you've posted, the points of contention seem to be more scientific rather than historical, so this is really the wrong place to ask the question. –  lins314159 Oct 26 '11 at 22:48

There is no answer to conspiracy theories. Any evidence you present is either fake, incorrect, or propaganda, or "what they want you to think!" When someone abandons reason, there is no reasoning with them. So when the individual theories like shadow of the flag, or the rocks looking like they're from Arizona, or who knows what come up, there's little a reasonable man can do. Even if you have solid scientific evidence, there's no changing their minds.

As for the moon landing itself, there is third party evidence of the landings.

This is covered in great detail by Stack Exchange's own Skeptics network as well.

Yep, no answer to the conspiracy theories. They actually believe that it would be easier for half the worlds population to coordinate a huge conspiracy just to fool them, than that we made a big firework and travelled to the moon. –  Rincewind42 Oct 27 '11 at 5:18
