I want to know if Charles I was a good king, ideally with all the view points. Thanks, in advance.

Welcome to the site. This is a rather open-ended question, that is not a good fit for the site. If you want to consider whether someone was a good king, you really need to define your priorities, foreign policy, domestic policy, tax policies, etc. Otherwise it becomes a "subjective" question that will likely be closed. – Tom Au Nov 17 '11 at 19:57
