A book I am reading claims that Robert Ley was married to a Margarita Hess, Rudolf's sister. But I am finding it surprisingly hard to find an independent confirmation of this fact - or even to find out how many wives Ley actually had and what were their names (except for the second one, an Inga, who eventually threw herself out of a window).

Is this the Robert Ley who was half Jewish but rose to a high position in the Nazi party anyway? –  Tom Au Mar 28 '13 at 13:07

@TomAu: no, that was Erhard Milch. –  Felix Goldberg Mar 29 '13 at 7:35

@DVK: I thought the quote was attributed to Karl Lueger, Mayor of Vienna. –  Tom Au Apr 17 at 20:46
