@FelixGoldberg, a locksmith to mend arrows? Wouldn't that be a fletcher, or a blacksmith (for the arrowhead)?

@sds, Yes, I realize that. Just trying to also point out that either half the baggage train needs to be arrows, or some number HAVE to get reused in future battles in the campaign.
