Agree with @FelixGoldberg . Statements such as "All Safavids were absolutely righteous" are usually false. Besides, religious requirements such as "Judaism and Christianity should be tolerated" lend themselves to different interpretations (for example, the Moghuls tolerated Hinduism, although it is polytheistic).
