It's very clear that you don't understand what evolution is about (and I am talking about the scientific theory of evolution, not the religitard's "brick turns into man" or "cats giving birth to dogs" version), the massive evidence supporting it, and its applied use in modern medicine. If you cared to research it, you would see how it can be demonstrated that amoebas and men share a common ancestor.

@JoeHobbit Malaria and other tropical diseases were also present in South and Central America.

Please, I am not having this argument with you. If you think stuff like Evolution is "just a theory," feel free to jump off the nearest ledge, since Gravity is also "just a theory". Obviously, anyone who can say with a straight face that science actually backs up the ridiculous stuff in the Bible can't be reasoned with. Sir, you win.

What exactly is your definition of "colonized"? Because I was under the impression that the majority of the African continent was under European control in the 19th century.

The age of the Universe (13.7 billion years vs ~6000)? The Flood (no evidence exists) - and I mean, how ridiculous is the Ark story anyway? The creation of man (evolution vs. creation from dirt)? And a large group of people migrating through the desert would have left some evidence of this. There is none.
