comment Aside from the Jews, did Hitler have a final solution plan for other ethnicities/races in the Third Reich?
Thanks. But could you please back your numbers and points with solid references?

comment Aside from the Jews, did Hitler have a final solution plan for other ethnicities/races in the Third Reich?
Interesting. I have just been reading "The Third Reich: The rise and fall of the Nazis". It quotes Hitler saying that the Jews must be exterminated even well before the NSDAP was in power.

comment Aside from the Jews, did Hitler have a final solution plan for other ethnicities/races in the Third Reich?
True. Though the anti-semtic feelings were prevalent before and during Nazism, yet no extermination plans were in anyone's agenda. Only Hitler openly spoke of extermination. I meant, Hitler is not responsible for the racial hatred, he endorsed it as many other Germans at the time, and took it to higher levels with extermination agenda.

Firstly, I have said nothing of Hitler being responsible of German racial policy. The anti-semtic feelings and hate for the Jews began before there was a Nazi Party. In fact, the DAP party, well before Hitler joined it and converted it into the Nazi party, already perpetuated anti-semtic feelings and hate of Jews. This was also shared by many Germans and other parties too in the 1920's. Secondly, are you suggesting that the extermination process arose while there was need for it? Like to solve food shortages allow people to die?

comment How did Hitler behave towards all those whom he knew in his childhood and youth after he rose to power?
Hi. Thanks. But your answers were unrelevant. I meant people Hitler met in his childhood and youth. Not people he met while Fuhrer.

comment Which is the first genocide?
I guess Caen killing Abel in the story told in genesis is the first genocide. Given the population of earth at the time, the man wiped out almost quarter of the earth population. Lol just kidding

comment How effective have Shariah-based Islamic Laws been at keeping the crime rate low in modern Saudi Arabia?
In a country like KSA, being Gay or Lesbian is crime by their definition. I do not know how would such laws would interpret this "crime" as statistic. The only effect is that people will not be open about it. In addition, from the things which are against Sharia law are women driving cars, a single woman going out by herself not accompanied by "Mahram, a male of her family or her husband/male child". Drinking or selling alcohol are also a crime. So whatever statitics they have, the questions is how to find a basis to compare them to countries where they have different crime set.

comment What was the role of the Soviet Navy during WWII?
Sure they were. What I meant that as allies, they did not engage the Germans at sea!

comment What was the currency in use in Palestine shortly before and during WWI?
If I were you, I would only list the second reference. Because it itself has credible refernces from known encyclopedias. But good answer and the second reference has all the history of coins used in Palastine for those interested.

comment What other war crimes trials besides Nuremberg were held after WWII?
Thanks you Sir. This is the first time I heard of the Tokyo trials. Most of the documentaries I watched were all about Nuremberg.

comment What happened to the Imperial Byzantine Family after the collapse of the empire?
As a ruling dynasty (nobility) not as a family

comment Have there been any efforts by the countries of Europe to restore their monarchies?
My impression is that many countries tried to restore back in many ways of life before the communist rule (language, religion, arts, national identity). The monarchies were of that past and they were deposed by the communists so that they would have served as an icon of restoration. After all, they all assume ceremonial parts.

comment What happened to the Imperial Byzantine Family after the collapse of the empire?
So I understand that the family is now extinct. But I just read in Wikipedia that the family was dissolved in 1678, like 200 years from the fall of Constantinople. They have become merchants and farmers though not nobility anymore. Interestingly, It also says that Queen Anne of Romania (b.1929) is of byzantine imperial family descent through the Arenbergs. Do not know if anyone could verify that.

comment How were the British and French Mandates in the Levantine area involved in WWII?
Interesting. Thanks. Yet it seems that except for Iraq and Egypt, the other countries were only theater of war between allied and axis forces. That no Arabs were directly involved in the fighting, right?
