Why did Canada, Australia and New Zealand separate from UK? @TomAu Right, but the Prime Minister is head of the Executive cabinet. The Governor General is still the head if the Queen is excluded, this was demonstrated during the last prorogue of Parliament in Canada a few ago if I'm not mistaken. |
