@Joe Agreed. BROY please narrow the scope of this question (or post as separate questions). Closed until cleaned up.

Took a wild stab at what exactly you were trying to ask. Just FYI, questions that are that low of quality are usually closed/deleted

comment Has the resignation of a political leader in a Westminster style parliament ever forced an election call?
It's why I attempted to revise the question to reference whether it had occurred historically, as opposed to if it's part of law. We'll see how well it works.

comment Did liberalism in the USA degenerate into something more totalitarian than liberal?
Could you clarify where in the world liberal = right-leaning libertarian? I ask as being in Canada, liberal usually refers to the centre-left of the political spectrum (although not the American version, which is a tad skewed). And I was always given the impression that Englands version is quite similar to ours as well.

comment Is there a different view by political-scientist in history that printing more bill is different from adding few more zeros in a bill
This question needs to be more focused on what exactly your asking. When this is done, it will be reopened

comment Why did Canada, Australia and New Zealand separate from UK?
"The USA separated from the UK because the people felt that they are not British, and they weren't." This is erroneous. The reason for the revolution was the lack of representation in governmental affairs. Hence the term "taxation without representation". Indeed most of the populace still wanted to be part of Great Britain when the revolution started.

comment Has there ever been a serious effort to reform the US Electoral College system?
@MichaelF Sadly it's not the only system that has that issue. For example, if a party here got a majority in Ontario and Quebec, they're almost certain to be the party in power even with 80% of the provinces not voting for them. The joys of preportional representation.

comment If Bill Clinton was impeached, why did he finish up his second term
Being impeached doesn't' guarantee the person impeached has to leave office. See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impeachment_in_the_United_States for some historical examples.

comment What made William Pitt beleive that it was in England's “interest of England to govern Ireland” when Ireland and England were unified?
I've fixed the title to attempt to give your question more focus, but the current revision is much too broad. Please edit your question to be more focused on a particular topic, as it sounds like a question taken right out of a history test.

comment Which Confederate State provided the most troops in the American Civil War?
@StevenDrennon The Confederate states for sure wouldn't have any black units, as it was only an opinion brought to the table in 1865 right before they surrendered.
