comment Why is Dravidian history ignored?
And that's how the caste system got developed. The aryan must have thought, well this people are great farmers. Let them farm and let us do what we do best, killing each other.

comment How well can cavalry fight infantry?
+1. But then again. Why bother fighting infantry from the front? Pompey has superior infantry. Why not just use cavalry to harass?

+1 still confused though. I mean Yu Fei can defeat juchen cavalry. Then latter ming troops cannot defeat juchen cavalry. What? Ming troops have higher tech.

comment Who was the first military force to use teppo (guns) in mass battles during the Sengoku-jidai?
+1 for being making chinese look good :) Some told me it's the manchu rather than the han chinese that used cannon. So it's the jin rather than the southern song that used it against mongol (and still lost). It puzzles me still. Gun dominates europe. But in Asia, chinese with guns are defeated by jin cavalry.

comment Why is Christopher Columbus credited for “discovering” America?
+1 That makes a lot of sense. Those who discover something and tell everyone about it is in a sense discoverer. The rest isn't. Cheng Ho's ancestors should be ashamed.

+1 Jane Fonda. How can somebody be that cruel? Does she know how many people got slaughtered due to the war being lost? It's still not answering the question though. Even without the US, South Vietnam has about the same manpower, higher tech, and more industry. So how did they lose?

comment Did Sun Tzu's “Art of War” influence Napoleon's philosophy of war and strategy?
+1 for climate and ground. Sun Tzu is not the most important war book in China though. There are plenty more.

comment Evidence of cross contamination between Japanese and Western sword fighting styles?
Japanese hold their sword by 2 hand. The europeans either use one hand or 2 hands for a heavy 2 handed sword. It's 2 completely different style. How the hell they cross polinate? If there is no answer, should I turn this into one?
