comment Why did the Erdoğan government like to worsen Turkey's relationship with Israel?
@BROY The book looks bound on the right so presumably it is in Hebrew, even if it has Latin letters on the cover. It is undoubtedly about something other than "intelligence quotient".

@Shyam You need to change the wording: "proper" is not the proper way of asking this question.

comment isn't islam reason the undevelopment in the middle east?
Downvoted. Considering the state of the entire world, I would say the Middle East has about average development (I assume we are talking economy?), possibly even slightly above average.

@DVK From memory, Taner Akçam's A Shameful Act : The Armenian Genocide and the Question of Turkish Responsibility doesn't ascribe guilt to Atatürk. Akçam does, however, relate Atatürk's contact with certain suspects held by the post-war British administration for crimes against Armenians. He also questions the seriousness of the trials for war crimes that the Turkish republic held in the first few years after its creation.

@DVK Atatürk is not usually himself implicated, but he was part of the same military elite as the Young Turk generals.
