Why Canada failed to emerge as a power like UK or France? makes sense, I guess I could have phrased it with a bit more diplomacy. |

Why Canada failed to emerge as a power like UK or France? Not all powers on the G-7 are world powers. |

Why Canada failed to emerge as a power like UK or France? Germany did emerge as a power twice, but it was defeated twice. Italy? As Bismarck said, Italy has a large appetite, but not the teeth to eat. Spain? It was, then it was destroyed by inflation. |

Why does Europe have so few skyscrapers compared to East Asia? @jwenting, yup, but I didn't want to take away from my original point, however, this is documented in answers below this one. |

Hitler's Religion or Atheism @Anixx, I don't think you understood my comment. I am not denying he was a Christian nor am I saying he was atheist, but rather we need sources. |

Hitler's Religion or Atheism @Anixx, Couldn't someone turn that around and say "he was atheist, what proof do you need?" We are a history forum, we need sources, we need proof. |

Was a technological advantage more effective in European warfare than in China's history? In China, the use of land mines defeated a Mongol army. Mean while, in the Zulu war, the British, with maximun guns were almost wiped out by a group of men armed with spears. |

Why has bidet use not spread to the northern countries of Europe? So, it's putting the emphasis somewhere else. The first one had the emphasis on washing your anus and the form I suggested had more of an emphasis history. To use a coding analogy (not that I'm qualified :) ), it doen't matter where you put the pointer astrix, but it definitely helps readability. |

Is there a link between national debt/trade deficit and starting a war? War has definitely been used to take peoples minds off of governmental problems, including debt. Take a look at Henry V's part of the 100 Year war and the Falklands war. |

Is the Innocence of Muslims movie historically accurate? @TheByzantine What you say makes sense, but Innocence of Muslims only shows one side. Yes, some of it could be true, but, it doesn't show the whole truth. |

Why has bidet use not spread to the northern countries of Europe? As kubanczyk said, the question isn't really on topic. What does washing your anus have to do with History? However, you probably could change the question to something like, "What historical reason did the bidet..." That might work. |

Was the Sanhedrin unusually “bloodthirsty” during Jesus Era? Sorry, I don't quite understand what you are asking. Is it the understanding of Jesus, or the understanding of the Jewish abhorrence of the death penalty, or is it something else? |
