What was the political and social hierarchies during the Macedonian empire and after its splitting into multiple states? What freedoms and rights were the people given?

EDIT: This is as specific as I can get it. Please leave a comment if you would prefer that I split this into two questions.

These aren't textbook questions, just me wanting a bit of intuition.

Please provide what you can.

Thanks.

What was the political and social hierarchies during the Macedonian empire and after its splitting into multiple states? And whatWhat freedoms and rights were the people given? Also, could the individual people move between states? (one last thing) Could people travel between kingdoms/states ruled by Alexander's generals?

I just don't understand what itWhat was like, the political and my textbook is super vague. Was it likesocial hierarchies during the Neo-assyrianMacedonian empire, with a ton of imperialism and military rule, or more like Persia, with a bit more freedomafter its splitting into multiple states? Or did the kingdoms/states thatAnd what freedoms and rights were created after it split become their own empiresthe people given? DidAlso, could the individual people move between states? (one last thing) Could people travel between kingdoms/states ruled by Alexander's generals have good relations with one another? How did trade work? What was the political hierarchy in the states? etc.

Most importantly, how were all of the other civilizations (like rome, carthage, etc.) treated and what freedoms were they given?
