Aug 22, 2016 at 14:06 | comment | added | jwenting | I don't think the main problem people have with Suvorov's work is the idea that Stalin was planning to invade Germany, but the timeline for the event, yet don't have any real justification for the Germans going when they did except "Hitler was mad". The idea of the Germans launching before they were ready is IMO a very valid one, and why would they do that unless they perceived a threat (real or not) of an impending Soviet invasion of Germany they wanted to prevent?
