If anyone agrees with Henry, then it really helps to have Edward as a legitimate king, Edward V. OTOH, if Edward was illegitimate, as Richard claimed, then Richard, Duke of Gloucester, was a legitimate successor to Edward IV. The Stuart and Hanoverian claims rest on the legitimacy of the Tudors.
