Colonel Hal Cohen, CO of the 10th Armored Infantry Battalion. Cohen was suffering from a severe case of hemorrhoids, and upon inspection both a physician and none other than Patton himself, was dismissed from leading the task force. Captain Abraham Baum (Cohen's S-3) was chosen to replace him. | |
