Is there an online tool that allows one to create a historical map given a time period and region/country of interest? I have found this question, What are good online sources for historical maps?, but it only provided links to static maps. There is also a list of online mapping tools here, but the links I have followed either yield quite recent maps or require the input of a lot of data with coordinates, which I don't have.

Example of what (ideally) I wanted to have - a map that shows 'mainland' Greece, Caria, Ionia and Persia in cr. 500-300 BC.
